GETTING READY FOR A WILD TIME?

Here are some helpful suggestions and requirements :)

1.

Document

Please remember these are wild animals. If an animal needs a "me" day, we never force them to do programs. We cannot guarantee specific animals.

PARKING

Parking is limited here. Please bring 2 or less vehicles unless requested and approved by Safari Encounters staff prior to your program date.

TIME

Please arrive on time or 10 minutes early. If you are running late please  call us. If more than 30 minutes late & no call your program will be canceled.

SUPERVISION

For programs with children under 18 years, adults must be present. This is where the animals live and we must make sure small children are supervised 100% of your time here.

PAYMENT & WAIVER

Payment is due during booking. Add on animals must be booked and paid for 24 hours prior to your program. YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN WAIVER BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE

Enjoy the moments! Pictures and recordings are welcome. We ask you just tag our social media pages if you post anything!

Outreach programs

1.

Please remember these are wild animals. If an animal needs a "me" day, we never force them to do programs. We will bring another animal or give you a discounted program. We will inform you of any changes prior to leaving our facility.

2.

PARKING

We must have a parking space provided for ANY program we offer. We ask to please be as close to where the program is taking place for safety and comfort. 

3.

TIME

Having a birthday? Start your party at least 30 minutes prior to our program so no one misses an animal!

4.

SUPERVISION

For programs with children under 18 years, adults must be present. We will give all unattended children lots of sugar and promises that their guardians will let them get a new pet hippo & a trip to disneyland... TOMORROW :)

5.

Final payment is due upon booking. Must sign waiver before party.
